Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

This fan is sooo quiet! It cleans the air in a jiffy. If you restrict the exhaust, it seems to increase the fan's rpms to overcome the restriction which makes it louder.

Bathroom moisture is not a problem anymore. It is the quietest bath fan i have ever seen. The bathroom isn't all wet and foggy after a shower anymore.

Good product, but incomplete. Just purchased on oct 15th, installed 1 week later. This seems to be a fantastic product.

This fan is really good works well removing condensation and easy install. Using this to replace my 18 years old builder special fan.

Cons

The air damper is completely useless as it relies on gravity. The damper stays open all the time. It's still quieter than my old one, but a new product shouldn't do this.

This fan is really good works well removing condensation and easy install

Great product it was a bit challenging to install due to the location of some items

It started out very quiet and got louder after a couple of weeks

Sucks in the temperature and the moisture before i even leave the bathroom little to no mist left on my sink mirror right after the shower

Price

Replaced our basic 15 bath fans with this product

Best fan out there for the money

Its an awesome value for the money

Would have cost us at least 100

Shipping

So a trip to home depot an hour and a half later and almost two bucks and im ready to go

Just purchased on oct 15th installed 1 week later

Am not sure why it was shipped like that

Amazon had it in stock and got it the next day

Packaging/appearance

The included screw package is suppose to have all the screws you need for the wiring enclosure and anchoring the motor to the housing

This fan was slightly larger in size so i used the template on the shipping box and an oscillating tool to buzz the drywall opening larger

Competitiveness

Ive bought 23 other broannutone fans over the last decade and this one is by far the best within this price range

Considering the price bought on sale its better than the one we were going to go with from another retailer
