This product is defective or the specs provided by the manufacturer are misleading. It only has two points to secure it. Don't risk purchasing this and having the same problem.

The fan has no connection bars that would support the fan from the adjacent truss/joist. The duct connector can only be installed by removing the fan and wiring box. The mounting flanges are folded.
