Pros

Would recommend this brand and model. Item was received quickly and as described. This item is perfect for my purpose! I like that this model is still available for purchase.

Suprisingly quiet for an exhaust fan at a good price. Easy to install not to noisy all fans make some noise. No more fogged mirror or moisture on bathroom walls.

Easy to install and looks great. Fairly easy installation. Took about an hour. Been installed for awhile now and no issues.

Cons

The damper/duct connector is supposed to attach to the vent by snapping the non-existent connectors. Then i find out that they obstruct the damper flap from opening.
