Pros

Easy to install, takes less than 10 minutes. The plastic cover to hide the fan is a bit bigger as it didn't quite cover the fan and the space it was installed in. The fan is very noisy but it is what i expected so a good value and works well.

It’s so easy to install, takes less than 10 minutes.

Pull down the cover, un plug and use a flat head screwdriver to pop the flanges out.

I did opt to use the new cover since the old one was discolored after 15-20 years.

Great fan for the $ as well the price point was definitely something i liked.

Competitiveness

Like others have said it fits in like a glove replacing my old 688 model with 20 more cfm.
