This fan comes with an electrical junction box attached.

It's loud enough to neutralize most bathroom sounds and scare the * out of anything that is sneaking around. It is however louder than the 30 year old unit it replaced.

Cons

The spring mechanism that closes the damper / flap to the outside has too much tension. Broan needs to use heavier gage hinges, and they need to inspect the two hinges on each fan before shipment. No where near 180 cfm (maybe 1/10th of that) loud, and... Read More
