Pros
Fan on high is loud, but that can only be expected. More powerful than old one and much louder on high. It has a larg fan so to be more efficient and quieter.

Cons
Ripped hood off and returned it. Same huge dent across the top from the front to the back. Box was dented and taped up. It also has some minor dents on the face and is slightly bent so it looks a little crooked.
Whisper quite is quite an exaggeration. Only one light works out of three. Even the led bulbs are not included. Air * in between the metal frame and the bulbs, i am sure its going to create lots of grease in that area as the air doesn't go through fil... Read More
This unit is rated at only 1. It is just as horribly loud as my old fan. At the very least, the noise rating is way off.

I noticed that water droplets accumulated on the filter directly above the stock pot

This is probably pretty normal since the steam has to turn into water and the moisture has to go somewhere but i am concerned about this being directly above food while cooking

If there’s any bacteria on the filter and the water droplets get heavy it could rain contamination into my food
