I bought this in july 2015 to replace an ancient vent fan in my bathroom
I had the electrician hook the heater and fan up to two timer switches in the bathroom and so far its worked perfectly much better than the old fan at extracting the humid air from showering
The old heat coils collected crap from the exhaust over a huge surface area then when you turn the heater on and the fan reverses the element heats up the crap and blows it back at you
The thing i love is that there are a ton of wiring options for instance you can have all components come on together fan bulb one bulb 2 or you can have the fan come on alone and the bulbs come on together or you can have the fan come on alone and eich bulb come on seperately or fan come on with one light and the other come on seperately
