If situated in other places than uk germany and italy use the plain ihc app not the ihc for eu app so as to enable voice control through alexa

But if you integrating into alexa then most devices will not work for example i setup my denon av and works fine when using the ihc app but if want to control via alexa it doesnt work

So workarounds to this are that you dont configure it as av but maybe as a lamp if you only want onoff function

Or if you want more functions you manually program it in ihc manually program all buttons and then create scenes to carry out each function for example create scene called bluray which will change input on av to bluray

I have also read rf dont work but my projector screen is rf and works fine

Again as i say if i program it as a screen on ihc will work fine on app but alexa wont discover it

The on button lamp is the down button on the screen remote and the off button lamp is the up button on screen remote
