Pros
Perfectly integrates with alexa, always works well. Works very well with alexa and app.
Teach this nifty gadget. In my opinion, this gadget is worth every rupee.
Cons
Broadlinks app is not very user-friendly and also not flexible. We have to add manually and the manually added devices would not work with alexa. It is disappointing that this product is being sold under prime with alexa certification.
Most of the time it's unresponsive. Just keeps blinking and then off and then blinking again. Not very satisfied.
Does not have most of the appliances. It's impossible to install. Doesn't work.

Last but not the least it has ir read capability which can read ir code for any remote other thsn brand

The native app takes some time initially to learn all the commands but it definitely is worth setting up the first time

While looking if there are any ways to hack or if there is more to it in their manual i found out that if audio remotes are not working for you you can train a tv remote to control the audio device
