As to the unit itself there are two things i found somewhat objectionable not enough to offset the value of its cleaning efficacy but at least worth mentioning the variable settings i find unnecessary and cumbersome

When you first get it in the mail it is suggested to charge it for a full 24 hours before first use

When it is in the charging dock there is an led blue indicator light at the bottom to let you know it is charging

Every 30 seconds the brush pauses so that if you choose to divide your mouth up into four sections you know when it is time to go on to the next section
