Pros
The cordless heating pad is very portable. It can be worn in the car, walking, doing chores or whatever. It's very real.
The battery lasts around 3 hours in case you're interested. Since these batteries take over 3-4 hours to totally recharge, i suggest you consider having 2 extra batteries fully charged.
Very soothing, the red button is too hot for me. Read up on infrared heat. Heats quickly and stays warm.

This comes from a true sufferer of chronic pain. With consistent daily use for 4+ weeks, my persistently sore knee, back and elbow are less inflamed. With pelvic floor dysfunction this is wonderful.
Cons
Save your money. Buy a microwavable pad. I suggest the sunbeam corded one if you want a good pad. Plus by numbing pain can cause more user-damage.
