Pros & Cons
Pros
The base is removable and it's the only one that is removable. However, my tailcap sits where my bulb-end is supposed to sit. In and out of my truck, under cars, bumping into still has not popped out of the holster. Holds the light very snug.
Easy to put on and looks very tactical on my belt. Only complaint is how tough it was to get it latched on to my duty belt, and the lack of movement or adjustability the tightness provides. I do a 40 point vehicle inspection on a patrol car 4 days a w... Read More
This fits small 1” flashlights. Fits my streamlight strion ds hl perfectly. While brite strike does not make a traffic warning cone for this light, the cone for the strion fits it like a glove.
The holster is easy to adjust hight and seems overall rugged and durable. It is heavier than other holsters but that is to be expected. Looks to be made well and is easily adjustable.
The pivot feature is amazing as i'm in and out of a car constantly, so it situates itself rather than digging into my side. The swivel feature is great allowing you to position it however you need. It rotates easily to face forward if you want.
Cons
The rollers that hold the tube of the flashlight are weak. They have no molle attachments for this thing. Do not waste your money. Get a bigger light.
