Pros
Been using britta filters for years, never disappoints. Great quality as usual. Water is nice and makes a difference & the tea and coffee tastes so much better.
Cons
Tried to fix it but impossible. As soon as the jug is tipped to pour water out, the whole inner jug falls out.

Basically just look at the visual instructions on the filters themselves use a bit of common sense and it will be good to go
