The water quality is top notch in the area that we live in, but i can't say the same for the taste. The high density filter improves water taste and odor as good as the standard filter. Amazing water from the convenience of your own pitcher.
Cons
The filters are practically a scam. From multiple tests using a tds meter, brita filters only reduce tds by about 20%. The water filtering on these filters is extremely slow.
The water that comes out of the zero water pitcher is 0 ppm. They remove chlorine, yes, but practically none of the more harmful contaminants. The water from the pitcher after putting the filter in tastes toxic.

Not sure how these are priced now but we got lots really cheap
The only thing negative about these filters is the price but i’ve wasted money on the cheap knock offs

The filters are still sealed so i don’t think they are damaged but box was delivered ripped open
