Pros

Brinsea routinely rated the best for a reason. Outstanding results. Worth every penny.

The electronics makes it foolproof. Features like cooling cycle/egg rotate timer,etc.

Run a piece of tubing from the output of the pump to the center slot in the water pan. This gives positive water flow and you will get immediate response when the pump turns on.

Cons

Fan died a week into a hatch. Turning motor gear came off. I'll have to email them now and hope someone is motivated to help me out, otherwise i'm out the money.
