The ribs after smoking a while slid down in the rack and it was almost difficult to get them out so i could wrap them to finish them off

If you want to rest entire full racks on these things thats possible too but i would not recommend it

The spacing is a little tight for one and the other reason is that the spaces are a little too short to handle the length and girth heh of four whole racks
