Pros

Brilliant beauty cares about their customers. Their customer support is very impressive and hence, this unrequested review. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It works even better than my expensive name brand curler that i purchased. Comes with 2 extra rubber pieces to replace when the original one wears out.

The brilliant eyelash curler is affordable, sturdy and easy to use. On top of this, it is gorgeous! The rose gold is classy!

It comes in a nice baggy with two refill pads. Very sturdy and the pads are thick and replaceable. Offered two more replacement cushions.

Cons

There are no pads on the finger holes, making it painful to hold. When you do that, you’re so close to the corners of your eyelids that it pinches them on the edge of the curler. Didn't curl well for me.
