Pros

This is my first time using an at home jewelry cleaner. I usually take mine in to get cleaned professionally. This cleaner works instantly!

Cons

The basket barely fits in and out of the solution container. The basket is too large for small diamond earrings, they go right through it. Scrubbed with mini brush - still look pretty much the same.
