Pros

Assembly is simple but kinda cumbersome. Don’t start assembly without your wd-40, it goes smoothly after than. All parts got * in and connected fine/straight.

Brightness is very good. Attached reading light is warm, not glaring for reading.

Great value for the money spend and serves the purpose. Lights up dark corner in mom's apartment and provides good working light for her embroidery hobbies. Perfect light beside my recliner.

Cons

Unless it is built with both a dimmer switch and a 3-way switch, then it is not dimmable it just has 3 brightness levels. The bright reading light still works but the main lamp with multiple settings is just decoration now.

Same torchiere purchasable elsewhere, but with slightly better materials. Cheaply made and a bit overpriced for the quality. Connectors look cheap and industrial, visible screws and plate on front.

Will return but a nightmare to repackage. I have to plug/unplug for each use. Probably bad wiring.
