The only reason i rated in 4 instead of 5 stars is because it lacks a pull chain to be able to easily turn onoff which could be an issue if placed behind a sofa where the the base would not be readily accessible

I know there is some sort of smart technology option to rectify this but i dont know enough about it to know what needs to be installed

The lamp gives off just the right amount of light and the charger works with the lamp turned off

I was skeptacle to say the least wasn’t sure if the qi charged and usb would actually work or both at the same time
