I'm surprised at how many walkers or runners we pass that you can't see until they are right next to you.
I clip them onto my pockets on my leggings and they really help illuminate the ground. They also come with some elastic bands that you can use to put around maybe waist or head?

They are super bright and really blinding so don’t look at them straight on or have them at eye level hurt someone else’s eyes

The magnets are really strong but loose their strength if your sweater or jacket is too thick like my fleece running jacket
