Author keeps you captivated. I love the mysterious characters and the way the stories unfold. I am not even halfway through my first reading, and i am again amazed at his storytelling acumen.

The book focuses on a young woman named brida. Brida learns to listen to the voice of nature and to dance to it. Wicca introduces her to rituals and helps brida to discover past lives.

Paulo coelho is one of my favorite authors. Paulo cohelo is a spirit that i connect with in many levels. It is a great book, better than most things one can read, but not coelho's best work in my humble opinion.

The magus, a renowned and mysterious mystic who lives in the forests, introduces her to aspects of the magical world. She meets a wise man who dwells in a forest, who teaches her about overcoming her fears and trusting in the goodness of the world.
