Pros

These work for me, as do the nasal strips. Test to see if it'll work for you is to pinch the outer bottom side of your nose and pull out a bit. It really works, keeping my weak nostril open when i sleep.

Because of the exorbitant cost, i use the devices more than once. They work well for me.

Cons

Nostril nasal strips work ok for me, but most of the devices you insert into your nose get uncomfortable half way through the night. This product is a horrible fraudulent rip off. Just irritated my nose even more.
