Pros

It's perhaps too early to write a review (i've only had it a week), but so far it works flawlessly. Little louder than my old breville but nothing extreme. Overall, even though this unit is a bit pricey, it works very well for us.

Cons

Every time the phone que is over 40 mins long and it disconnects after you have been on hold for a long time. When i call to be in que again, they just disconnect my call with the automated message saying we have your call back request already.

This is the best machine and totally worth the cost

I was skeptical at first especially the price but it has fulfilled my expectations

This went down in price literally the day i received it and they responded to my inquiry for a price adjustment without any hassle at all

Competitiveness

I will never use a separate frother again the wand is fantastic every bit as good as a commercial machine and unbelievably fast

I totally feel like a pro barista now

Old rancilio leaked all over the place and finally pulled the trigger

But thats not all the convenient hot water dispenser is a gamechanger
