Fast heating time means that homemade pizza becomes really convenient.

Did a fantastic job with the crust. Makes an awesome pizza. For nyc thin crust pizza, this is the best there is.

This oven is as close as you can get to recreating a genuine wood fired style crust in your kitchen. The design makes it easier to slide pizzas in and out than wrangling them out of a conventional oven.

It still hits about 660° when warmed up for 8 minutes. Dd's machine gets the hottest while ours is probably the least hot.

I had another one of these and it was much easier to scoop off the pizza without the cornmeal


To make it even easier trace the pizza stones outline onto the paddle

    What happened was my crust rose more then expected and with the toppings it closed the gap to much between the element and toppings

    Then i dress the pizza slide my pizza peel under the parchment and load onto the hot stone and bake for two minutes lid closed

    Set my oven timer for two minutes when it goes off i slide the pizza from the parchment and back onto the stone and continue baking

    When making a full 12 dough and after trimming the excess dough with the pizza cutter be sure and cut off the excess parchment paper on the front end of the pizza peel so that it is even with the end of the peel and the edge of the dough

    Be careful not to crown them as there is a tendency to do this with toppings
