Pros

It cooks perfect. It bakes evenly and fast and works as well or better than my big regular oven. Many settings for different types of baking.

Enhanced rack feature has side clips to keep a heavier pan from making the rack fall down. Has almost made my standard oven obsolete. Better than the stove/oven!

It's a lot of color, but stainless was more expensive, so we decided to be brave. Love the color; easy to understand the directions to bake or toast.

It toasts well. The extra minute toasting bread (compared to pop up toasters) is definitely worth the solid and even heat coverage. The crumb tray is terrific!

Cons

Condensation drips out at the lower right front. E01 - error on plugging it in. Glass door can explode with no warning.

The least that they could do is prioritize the replacement part so that the ovens could be fixed. Awful controls. Incredibly cheap-feeling wobbly plastic knobs.
