Overall i am satisfied with my purch
I am not sure if the heel is softer than it should be or if i am just a heavy walker but the heels wore down to the point that i could no longer wear them comfortably
I considered taking them to a cobbler to replace the heel but for the price i bought them it would have cost less to replace them than to fix them
