Pros
Use the whole kit for a fresher mouth. I use the mouthwash in my waterpick and it works great. This keeps it fresh for most of the day and the breath doesn't stink that all bad.
One of my kids always brags that this (especially the toothpaste) is better than anything else we've tried. Toothpaste is fine, on par with crest formulas i use.
Tongue scraper works great without irritating my tongue. The scraper is better than a brush style or the other plastic scraper. The starter kit comes with 2 tongue scrapers one for work and second at home.
Cons
It contains sodium lauryl sulfate, which is known to make bad breath worse. Sulfur compounds cause halitosis and taste disorders.

Although breath rx is an excellent product this time product was not properly packaged all of the items were out of the original box i had to throw away the 2 tongue cleaners

The kit teaches you that until you do not finish several steps your teeth will not be clean and your mouth will not feel fresh
