For the past few recordings before my strips arrived i tried a number of sleep on one side raise your head style remedies to no availfirst night of the strips and i actually thought the app had malfunctioned as it records sound as waves and none we visible

There are cheaper products and ive tried them but breathe right reliably works to keep me breathing comfortably throughout the night without the nose blocking while the cheaper ones do not as the adhesive often fails during the night and they come off

So on the first morning after use i whipped it off like before leaving a red mark on my nose

It works for me at times but you need to be careful when putting it on because it doesn’t work if it’s not in the right spot
