It opens my nasal passages so i can breathe. I have a deviated septum. They really open up my nasal passageway.
The adhesion is really good on these strips, unlike some brands. They peel off in the morning with no discomfort at all! Only negative is the edge of the strip feels sharp and is occasionally irritating, but that only happens if i move my nose.
