It came with an extreme kind of adhesive that stuck to my breasts pleasantly

I also took another reviewers advice and stuck some paper over nipples to avoid having to peel the adhesive away later on

The only down fall is that if you aren’t wearing something form fitting your breast will look smashed or at least mine did
