Pros

These bags work very well for homemade bread. Hefty enough for freezing.

Good quality and reuseable. Sturdy enough to be reused. Keeps my bread fresher longer. Do the work of grinding it as well as keep a sourdough starter.

The quality is superb. These are great. Great quality, over-priced. Very happy with my purchase.

Comes with decent twisty ties to seal the bags. No matter what size bread you make, it fits. Also can use for banana bread - 2 fit side by side.

Cons

No wonder bezos is so rich. Stink of chemicals. Which is frankly ridiculous.
