Pros

Brazil nuts are high in selenium which helps the thyroid and immune system. They are delicious and stay fresh for months.

Cons

With brazil nuts, it’s impossible to know a nut is rotten unless the outside is discolored. Each time i’ve bitten into a rotten one it's a very unpleasant surprise. Just put them in the nut jar and tried a nut.

Non salted bag was moldy tasting and stale. Expiration is 08/17, they taste moldy.
