The blade is not sharp and if you sharpen it the black part comes off and it looks bad. Now chipped, peeling off. Yuck, it's been in my food.

I use different sizes of knives and this knife is a bit too big to hold once you start cutting meat with it and vegetables with it

The coating started to chip off the first one and i came on amazon to add that to my review

But when i realized that the knife was 2 years old and while the coating is peeling off it is still able to cut through tough butternut squash and delicate tomatoes i had nothing bad to say
