I jumped out of my car and there in the darkness was my bumper part of my front under carriage and some lining that looked like sound proofing

I looked at the parking bumper and saw that on the right side a rod that held the bumper to the ground was sticking up about two inches and so when i pulled in it tore into the underside of my bumper and when i backed up it tore my bumper off

I asked for the manager and took her outside and while she was sympathetic she said i should call the owner of the property monday and make a claim
