Pros

These earpads help isolate sound immensely on my ath-m50s. It slightly improves the soundstage too.

Cons

These are the most uncomfortable earpads i have ever worn. They aren't angled, so they sound worse than using normal earpads. They start peeling off after less than 100 hours of use.

Not an audiophile, but i'd say the sound gets tinny and the bass is lacking with these. It moves your ears away from the audio drivers giving it a very bland sound.

For fake leather, this is over priced. Monoprice sells velour which is higher quality for 7$ less. This is compounded when it comes to amazon sellers.

These ear muffs are worse than the stock ones on my audio technica m50x. Recently had to replace them due to cracking. Even though they are still soft and comfy, after wearing them in 2020 i look like i may be part-timing as a chimney sweep.

Its not a big takeaway as i do recommend these replacement ear pads but the quality should be upheld keep the memory foam

I dont think there was a decrease in sound quality but im sure someone will disagree with that

They fit perfectly and are comfortable especially if you have large ears that usually get sore from thinner stock earpads
