Pros & Cons
Pros
Use it on salads to transform your greens into a cheesy wonderland. It's also good to mix in with breadcrumbs for coating chicken or fish. Used this in recipes, salads, and even popcorn.
It tastes similar to parmesan, pecorino, or asiago cheese.
Cons
Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic b vitamin that leaves cyanide in the body (it’s made with cobalt, hydrogen & cyanide) do your own research and buy non-fortified nutritional yeast.
Very disappointed in a seemingly health driven brand. Stick with the original one. Did not use.
