Pros

Bragg's liquid aminos is a staple in my house for seasoning. It's similar to japanese wheat-free tamari, but not quite as strong a taste. Coconut amino acids are a blend of aged coconut sap and salt. Much like soy sauce but not as salty.

This one is the only one that doesn't cause me to throw up or have acid reflux (or both) it has a deep savory flavor with a touch of sweetness and a little salt. The flavor is a little sweet for me and i use the regular braggs liquid amino’s.

Cons

It has the same sodium content as soy but they just made the serving size smaller to be deceitful! It has 36% rda sodium per tablespoon. Other say sauces all measure their products by the tablespoon.
