It comes inside out and theres a shorter side that must be placed properly on the back of the tube or else the entire thing will be off and will be poofed out

I ordered mine at the beginning of august 2017 so as of then either the model has changed to fit better or more likely people are just neglecting the instructions since it seems like it should be simple

If nothing else its for the peace of mind we have when we float that even if we hit a rock or tree branch its not as worrisome
