Pros & Cons
Pros
I wear it when i am going to walk the dog, shovel, or be on my feet for work. The velcro is really strong and stays on as long as you like it to. Works best while standing or walking, not very comfortable seated.
This helps alleviate my pelvic girdle pain. It relieves the pressure off of my back. It definitely helps with pressure and pain in the pelvis and low back.
Cons
The product is made out of this itchy, hay like material. It gives basic and minimal support. Also, tends to bunch under the belly after wearing, which makes the round ligament pain worse.
