Any way the short of it is these are good braces at this price point notwithstanding the flexibility the clips offer which then is matter of personal preference which is every gentlemans right

The length adjuster clips at the end of the front straps is also not terribly secure and comes undone resulting in the strap lengthening during wear

You cannot wear a belt with leggings as there are no belt loops and the elastic is sewn in so cannot be tightened
