Pros
The top plate is movable by way of velcro which is how you change sizing. The bottom plate is not mobile but you can take the plate out (i haven't) it takes a little getting used to with the splint, but gaming with a controller is very doable.
From med spec. They are perfect for nighttime use while sleeping! They fit my 7 inch diameter wrists perfectly!

Make sure you get the correct size for your hand because i thought that i would be size large and medium boned and not skinny at all

I bought it not for gaming but to use at the keyboard when i work but i wouldnt recommend it to use while youre typing

Wearing this brace makes it very difficult to type so i went the opposite direction
