I believe i hyperextended my thumb and but too much weight on it carrying things incorrectly

To those out there who would attempt to modifyadjust this with hot water its hard plastic not thermoplastic so cant be modified unless you have a heat gun

All other braces i have used have blocked my wrist motion and the thumb part went all the way to the tip of my thumb making it impossible for me to use my hand in functional tasks while wearing it
