This one in size medium works the best on my 11 inch girth elbow. I only wish it was a bit longer because it rides up my daughters arm and then of course it does not immobilize her arm when needed.
Worked like a champ. All in all am happy with the purchase as it does as intended. However sometime falls down.

I bought this stabilizer to put on my mothers arm where she had broken it and was not set correctly so there was a gap between bones

We used regularly for about a month and the velcro will still stick but not hold very strong

Any amount of effort or even acidentally catching it on clothing etc will tear and release the brace

As you try and tighten the brace around your arm the tabs will prematurely attach to the brace making it necessary to detach the tabs retighten the brace around your arm and then reattach the tabs

Think that a single piece of velcro the length of the brace on the underside of the flap might have worked better
