I started sweating like crazy not even 5 minutes of wearing it

Unfortunately the suit is much too big for me and i feel like i would have been sweating more if i had a better fitting suit

I just used it for the first time last night i was on the treadmill for 25 minutes did 25 squats and 50 situps and i felt the body heat staying within the suit and it was very moist after taking it off

I did find the shoulders kept sliding down but wrote the company about this issue

During my workout it moved really well with what i was doing lots of sidekicks punches lunges and even butterfly and runners stretch the suit didn’t feel like it was about to give out at all
