It helps with my posture which relieves back and hip pain. I’m not even postpartum and it just helps with the food belly! It removes inches from your stomach the moment you put it on.

I have a mom pooch and it gives me confidence to tighten and hide it. This cincher is worth every penny and then some. Comfortable, stretchy, and light, unnoticeable in clothing.

Cons

This waist trainer is super stretchy and bendy. If you're looking for stretch and flimsy then this is for you. I am 5'8 225 and curvy and this waist trainer did not meet my expectations.
