These are a great replacement for those flimsy inserts in most swimsuits and sports bras. I have a couple of swim suits that have very thin bras. Some of the ones i have are thinner, so i really needed an insert.

These feel totally breathable. They balance out my chest perportion, very comfortable and not bulky. They are extremely comfortable and very supportive!

The quality is perfect, the material is perfect. Its not flimsy or cheap material. Super well made and held up great. Definitely worth the purchase.

Cons

Not meant for larger breasts. They add way to much padding which makes them hot. They have some padding but others have far better. As you can see, those pads show wrinkle and they don’t stay in place.

The shape it leaves is terrrrrrible, like madonna cones flashback.
