Pros

Edge stitching keeps the edges from crinkling and the lil push up gives a nice subtle umph! I take them out and wash in a mesh bag with dedicates and they wash great. They give me a nice rounded, natural shape under my clothes, not pointy or conical.

These are just what i was looking for for my sports bras and bathing suits. These are def worth replacing the cheap inserts your bras come with.

The seems and material appear durable and seem like they will last a good long time. These are exceptional quality! These are exactly what i was hoping they would be!

Perfect to replace all the thin padding in my sports bras and bikinis. I wish it were a bit more seamless because you can obviously tell there are pads.

Cons

These are so thin, why even bother. They also move around so much they are more of a pain to deal with all day. Don't buy, waist of money.
