One note specific to the ultramax model the square bushing on this generic flusher is 17mm x 17mm but the square hole in the ultramax tank cst854s is closer to 15mm x 15mm

There is a removable square black plastic spacer that comes with this part but the square bushing is 17mm x 17mm when that spacer is removed
