Pros
The flavor is very delicious. It's very tasty and easy to drink. These bcaas are top notch quality and taste.
Have been hesitant to try too many supplements. My body still feels worked out but i no longer have the drained feeling. I drink it throughout the day and it really helps me to feel less sore after my intense workouts.
Cons
Suralose which is artificial man-made sugar that is in splenda. There are other supplements that do not use this ingredient.
It tastes so chalky and even if i plug my nose i can't bring myself to drink it.

This one happened to not come with a scoop which is annoying but not the end of the world
